Essential Research offers research and development services to commercial and government agencies. Our scientific, engineering, and private manufacturing services include:

  • Development of III-V Compound Semiconductor Devices

Our research focus in III-V compound semiconductors is novel Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) and Indium Phosphide (InP) based devices. We push the state-of-the-art for efficiency, power, and wavelength.
